This team should not be allowed back in the league or should face some sort of penalty. Today Quaker Fc had a game at 3pm. Not ONE of there players showed up. This measn, that the team before hand decided they were not going to play. Therefore, 13 guys on our team drove from 30minutes to an hr for a game that never had a chance of happening. This league needs to have penalties for acts like this. It is childish and rude. Doesn't anyone in this world still have courtesy? Now, this is the 2nd time in 3 weeks our team has driven to the fields and not been able to play. What a wonderful spring session! The league will never blossom with incidents like this.

Thats bad luck and rude. The decision to not show up was a $300 one...

Forfeits:
• Failure to provide a minimum of 7 eligible players at any match will result in loss of $300 deposit. If at least 72 hours
notice is given only $150 will be deducted. Notice must be given in writing (via e-mail) to both the president and
respective division commissioner.
• A forfeit will result in disqualification from further play unless the $300 deposit amount is restored in full within two
weeks from date of initial forfeit.
• Forfeits are recorded as a 0-3 Loss.
• Any team that does not have the opportunity to play because of a forfeit (not a cancellation) will receive a $45 credit.
• Once the season has begun, no team payments will be refunded unless it will not reduce the collected amount below
the total fees owed for the season

Bill,

To clarify, if a team forfeits without giving a 72 hour notice, the league then takes the $300.00 deposit, AND that money has to be replaced within the teams account in two weeks?

Hopefully, Bayern Makefield understands this, because we play them next week and we also have guys driving from 45 min away.

Get in touch with your commissioner and make sure everyone is on the same page.
